We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
- We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
- If you are unhappy with your purchase When a product is defective, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within [7 days of purchase] for [a full refund, an exchange, or store credit.] To make a return: Items must be [unopened/unused/unworn] Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
